Every evening, a sumptuous, classic Christmas buffet is served, which is continuously replenished with both cold and hot dishes.

EVENING OF ST. MARTIN

Starter: Mosaic of North Sea cod, salmon fillet with dill emulsion and small herbs
Main course: Classic roast duck, juicy and crispy, served with traditional white and brown potatoes, sweet red cabbage, juicy prunes, fresh apple halves and a deep and rich duck sauce that will make your mouth water.
Dessert: Round off the evening with our Gâteau Marcelle – a heavenly chocolate cake. In addition, you get a caramelized apple compote, which is complimented by a silky smooth almond ice cream. As the icing on the cake, we add a broken blackberry gel that adds both texture and freshness to the dessert.
