A Midsummer menu at Munkebjerg Hotel must taste of summer and sun, be full of seasonal fresh ingredients and end with a sweet touch.

Our talented chefs have once again created a delicious menu for this special evening. Dinner will be served in our beautiful Panorama Restaurant with a view of Vejle Fjord.

Saint Hans evening at Munkebjerg Hotel is the perfect setting for a magical evening. Located in the middle of the forest, the hotel provides a calm and scenic background for the celebration of this special midsummer evening.

We start with a 3-course dinner in the Panorama Restaurant and then we light a bonfire and sing the Midsummer Carol, exactly as it should be.
