Becoming a student is something very special and we therefore celebrate the anniversary with a wonderful summer menu.
Becoming a student is a milestone in life – a moment filled with joy, relief and anticipation. At Munkebjerg Hotel, we celebrate this special time with a celebration that tastes of Danish summer, bright nights and new beginnings.
We have created a festive student menu that fits the atmosphere perfectly – whether you want to celebrate with a lunch in the sun or an atmospheric evening dinner in beautiful surroundings.
The menu can be ordered Monday, June 15 through Sunday, June 28, 2026. Served as both a lunch and dinner menu.

This year's student menu:

    Smoked salmon tartare – pickled mustard seeds – smoked mayonnaise – crispy rye bread

    Main course
    Veal fillet steak - tender summer vegetables - new potatoes - red wine sauce

    Dessert
    Rhubarb mousse - own syrup - crunchy nuts - rhubarb-broken gel
