At Munkebjerg Hotel we have 20 flexible meeting rooms, all of which can be adapted to your needs. Most of our meeting rooms can also be used as party and event rooms and are beautifully decorated with candles, white tablecloths, napkins and flower decorations.
We accommodate anything from 2 to 720 meeting participants and adapt both premises and meeting content to what you want and need.
I Munkebjerg Hall, which is the largest meeting and party room, we have Denmark's largest LED screen, which gives you a total experience beyond the usual.
The scare measures 8 x 4 meters, which corresponds to 347 inches and has a resolution of almost 4k.
Our elegant Evergreen meeting room provides you with high-tech AV equipment, LED screen, digital whiteboard, own bar and last but not least – silk wallpaper and prism chandeliers. Evergreen can accommodate 110 participants.
Evergreen can also be transformed into a delicious lounge area with sofa areas and café tables.
In addition, we have bright meeting rooms distributed throughout the hotel, where you can sit undisturbed and immerse yourself.
Banquet facilities
Munkebjerg Hall
- Suitable for the big party. Munkebjergsalen has a retractable stage and a large, fixed dance floor. Space for 280 guests. LED screen of 32 m².
The Forest Hall
- If there is room for music during dinner in the premises (excluding the Munkebjerg hall), two fewer tables are set up in the premises. If there is room for a gift table and/or buffet, set up fewer tables than indicated in the overview.
Space for 140 guests.
Evergreen
- Evergreen has golden, soundproof silk wallpaper on all walls, prism chandeliers in the ceiling and an enclosed courtyard. The venue has its own bar covered in black marble, as well as a lounge area and a large LED screen. It can accommodate 130 guests.
Fjord hall
- The Fjord Hall has panoramic views of Vejle Fjord and Munkebjergskoven. The room has a dance floor and is often used for weddings. There is access to an east-facing terrace. Space for 130 guests.
The garden room
- A cozy, intimate room with a view of Munkebjergskoven. The room has access to a south-facing terrace and is often used for private dining. Space for 16 people.
The salons
- All salons have panoramic views of Vejle Fjord and Munkebjergskoven and access to an east-facing terrace. Space for 36-72 guests.
Treetop rooms
- All Treetop rooms are located on the first floor with views of Munkebjergskoven and Vejle Fjord. Room for 20-60 guests.
The Panorama Restaurant
- Has room for up to 190 dining guests at round tables. Panoramic view of Vejle Fjord and access to an island-facing terrace.
The terrace facing Vejle Fjord
- In good weather, the terrace, with its magnificent view of Vejle Fjord and Munkebjergskoven, is a suitable place to serve a welcome drink to your guests.
Included in the party price
- Party room, table setting, staff who will accompany you throughout the event, table setting, white tablecloths, candles, napkins and flower decorations created by our own floral decorator.
Evening party
- Is scheduled for 8 hours. If you wish to extend the party beyond this, an additional price will be calculated per person per hour.
Children at the party
- Children 0-2 years old are free of charge. Children 3-11 years old are half price when ordering the same menu as for adults.

- The company brochure lists the table arrangements that are suitable.

EXPERIENCE ONE OF DENMARK'S LARGEST LED SCREENS
The eight by four meter screen can be experienced in Munkebjergsalen and gives our guests a completely exceptional experience. The screen is not only exceptionally large – the image resolution is also almost 4K and thus exceptionally high in relation to the size of the screen. This gives our guests a completely unique image experience and a total experience that is not available anywhere else.
The LED screen is from the Maxhub brand and assembled from 648 plates, which together make up the 347-inch screen.
As a conference guest, you avoid the speaker casting shadows on the screen when he or she moves around the stage, and as a presenter, you avoid getting the beam of light from the projector in your face, while also having greater freedom of movement on the stage because there is no screen to cast shadows on.
With the LED screen, we no longer have to dim the lights in the hall to keep the image sharp – this means that conference guests can better see the presenter and any panelists, as well as what else may be happening on stage.
For us, the ambition – with the purchase of the giant screen – is to become a more attractive, five-star conference hotel and we have purchased it to give our guests the best possible overall experience.
