Munkebjerg Wellness is located at Munkebjerg Hotel in extension to our Pool and Pool Lounge, where you will find beautiful surroundings with space for relaxation and reflection.
We offer a relaxing area with plants, lounge furniture and soothing music in an undisturbed area where you can sit as long as you like.
When you book a wellness treatment at Munkebjerg Hotel, you also have access to pool, steam bath and hot tubs, which you can freely use.
You can book wellness treatments as a resident guest at the hotel, but we also offer treatments for you who do not live at the hotel. Everyone is welcome to book a massage or facial treatment with us.
Our treatments are performed by our masseuse Bodil, and her talented team. Our therapists always work with products and treatment techniques that deliver results and feel good, and which are formulated to achieve optimal well-being. The team puts together a treatment especially for you, your challenges and your well-being.
A neck and shoulder massage is really good if you suffer from migraines, tension headaches or neck pain. But it can also loosen up if you are stressed or upset.
If you "only" want to have legs, arms, shoulders or back massaged, the individual treatment will be adapted to you.

In this treatment, it is the face that is in focus.
The facial starts with a cleansing of the skin followed by dry brushing, which stimulates blood circulation.
Then a peeling, which removes the last dead skin cells.
Then a mask and scalp massage and finally finished with a moisturizing cream.

With this treatment, you get both a light back and neck massage, which goes deep and loosens you up.
The treatment relieves tension in the neck and gives glow to the face. Neck massage is a form of treatment which i.a. aims to relieve tension headaches.
The neck and shoulder area tends to produce more tension than other areas of the body. If you suffer from it, this little wellness treatment is good for you.

Two guests, one treatment.
This treatment is done by a therapist who alternates between the two trays.
While you sit up, you get oil on your back. Next, you will be placed so that you are lying on your back on two rows of warm lava stones, which will loosen up the tension in your back.
Meanwhile, the rest of the body gets a wellness massage, and in turn you get a neck, shoulder, face and scalp massage.
