Although Michelin chef Bjarke Jeppesen had returned home from Funen shortly before, the job offer from Munkebjerg Hotel was too exciting for him to say no.

The new chef calls – in addition to the food – also the surroundings sublime.
The premises and location are completely unique, and I have no doubt that, together with my team, I can create the best setting around the food for the guests, says Bjarke.
