This is what both Jeppe Ramberg Christense, apprentice waiter and Simon Bech Pedersen, apprentice chef at Munkebjerg Hotel say.

"We have been out and about and have had some good conversations about what it means to be a chef or a waiter.
I think it means a lot that we are students ourselves and are not that much older than those who have to choose now", says Simon.

They both met at the Apprenticeship stand for the Munkebjerg Hotel at the DM in Skills, which was held at the weekend.
Both to market available apprenticeships but also to show off the educations that they are very proud of.
