The indoor acoustic climate has a great influence on our personal well-being when we stay in a meeting room.
- In order to create the absolute best acoustics, we have installed sound-regulating silk wallpaper on all walls in Evergreen. This means that no matter where you are in the meeting room, the sound is the same. However, this result is not solely the work of the silk wallpaper.
- To complete the sound universe and achieve a completely pure sound, we have set up 8 intelligent speakers in two columns, which ensure that the sound always reaches the individual guest with the same volume, regardless of where you sit. All with the intention that Evergreen should be a nice place to stay for several hours at a time.
- Evergreen is an exclusive multi-room: function room, conference and meeting room in one.
The technology is the latest and one of the absolute most innovative, but once you get the technical setup in your hands, it is so simple that you do not need to book an AV technician for the room. FULL HD LED WALL
provides 100% freedom of movement
In Evergreen you won't find a single projector.
You are not greeted by an insistent cone of light that blocks the presenter's freedom of movement and impairs the guests' experience of the presentation when he or she comes to walk in front of the light.
We have instead chosen to prioritize the freedom of movement that our LED wall gives to everyone in the meeting room.
Here, the presenter can stand in front of his audience - in front of the screen - without being blinded by a cone of light and without even shadowing what you want to present to you on the screen.

Evergreen is the hotel's new signature room. It sets the standard and paves the way for the development that the future brings to Munkebjerg.
Together with interior designer Michael Mammen, we have made an effort to create an atmosphere that is based on everything we believe in: beautiful, stylish and relaxed settings combined with modern technology.
A meeting room where everyone has the opportunity to relax, feel at home and even be at work at the same time.
You get a meeting room with golden and sound-absorbing silk wallpaper on all walls, prism chandeliers in the ceiling, your own terrace, a bar covered in black marble and a lounge area.

Streaming and online meetings with up to 110 connected guests
More and more guests are asking for the possibility of team meetings.
With Evergreen, we meet the demand for a meeting room that embraces the entire technological setup that is needed. In online meetings, everyone therefore sees and hears everything as if you were here physically.
Our high-tech microphones and cameras automatically find the individual - and you don't need external microphones or cameras. No relevant audio is lost.
Regardless of whether you are 50 or 110 guests at a meeting with online participation, no one in Evergreen is overlooked.
Let's outline an example of an online meeting:
You hold a meeting or a conference. Not everyone can be physically present, so there is online participation. You have booked a speaker. The guests are spread throughout the meeting room. Also in the back.
One now asks the lecturer a question. In situations like this, the meeting leader will typically come along with an external microphone, so that everyone has the opportunity to hear what is being asked. It is not necessary in Evergreen.
Our ceiling microphones each have their own area of responsibility and constantly make the cameras aware of where to focus. This means that the cameras automatically find the guest and bring the sound out to everyone else – including those who are online. Only via voice control.
This is exactly how it is when the meeting room, for example, forms the framework for an election debate, where the sound from several speakers must be heard clearly by the individual debate participant. Nobody has to wear a microphone - and we don't need external cameras.
The intelligent algorithm in the system means that the camera and sound keep the focus on the person or people who have the floor. If someone is sitting and whispering together, their sound is filtered out.
