Munkebjerg Hotel is located in a particularly scenic area with surrounding forest and the most beautiful view over Vejle Fjord.
We have some particularly luxurious, bright and very spacious junior suites on the 3rd floor. One has a direct panoramic view of Vejle Fjord, two balconies and a large bathroom with shower and spa.
The other has a sloping view of Vejle Fjord and the Munkebjerg Forest, a meeting/dining table and a large luxurious bathroom.
Regardless of whether it's in relation to a job that needs to be done, or it's a weekend getaway that you'd like to have, it's important that you can get a good night's sleep. Here at Munkebjerg Hotel, we make sure that our guests feel comfortable.
That's why we have a selection of pillows, so you can try which one suits you best. Contact reception when you have found the pillow that suits you best. And in fact, you can also buy just the right pillow to take home if you just ask at reception.

The junior suites come with free room service and you always have access to Fit & Relax and our fitness machines.

The wellness department
- The wellness department is free to use when you stay at Munkebjerg Hotel.
- Here you will find a pool, hot tubs, steam bath and sauna
- The department is open every day from 06.00-22.00.
- At 11.00-16.30 ONLY open to adults (16+).
- At 06.00-11.00 and 16.30-22.00 open to EVERYONE.
- Children ONLY admitted with an adult.
- Children under 3 years supports use a bath diaper.
- There is access to our fitness department every day at 04.00 – 24.00. The fitness machines are located elsewhere in the hotel. Ask at reception.

Pet
At Munkebjerg Hotel, your pet is also welcome in selected rooms. However, your best friend may not be brought into the lobby bar or restaurants.

Bed size
The beds in the rooms measure as standard:
- Single bed: 90 x 200 cm.
- Double bed (consists of 2 x single beds) 2 pcs. mattresses of 90 x 200 cm.
- King-size bed in some rooms consists of 2 pcs. mattresses of 90 x 200 cm and a large top mattress of 180 x 200 cm.
In a few rooms, the measurement is 90 x 210 cm. Contact the reception and find out more, as it may require an upgrade from a standard room.
When you book a room with us, there is of course a hairdryer and some free toiletries in the rooms. There is also an electric kettle, coffee and tea, so it's easy to make a cup when you need it. Minibar, bathrobe and slippers complete the coziness when you need relaxation.
And if you are on a somewhat busy business trip, the necessary things are also provided. Alarm clock and telephone wake-up call, iron and ironing board, desk, sitting area and sofa. . it's all ready to fill your exact needs for either work or relaxation.
