The Panorama Restaurant offers – in addition to delightful dining experiences – a beautiful view of Munkebjerg Forest and Vejle Fjord. You can choose one or more dishes from the lunch menu or our a la carte menu, which mainly offers modern bistro dishes and new classics.
If you love buffets, you should try our large breakfast buffet, for example in connection with an overnight stay or our lunch buffet in connection with, for example, a conference. The lunch buffet offers many exquisite delicacies.
The Panorama Restaurant gives you a magnificent view over our beautiful terrace and Vejle Fjord. We are open every day for lunch and dinner.

At Munkebjerg Hotel, smørrebrød is something out of the ordinary. Fall in love with the vet's dinner with homemade liver pâté, salt meat and cloud, taste Munkebjerg's home-smoked salmon with eggs, or enjoy the chef's selected, warm smørrebrød - it could be tenderloin with mushroom a la cream or rib roast with homemade red cabbage, for example.
