When the day has finally arrived, it is our finest task to lead the battle and ensure that everything proceeds as it should, so that you as the bride and groom can enjoy the day. "The most important thing on the day is that you enjoy the party and have fun with your guests - We'll probably take care of everything else.
If you ask Jan, it is an absolute pleasure to see the many happy people partying on such a special day.
However, there are not many moments when Jan can stop and enjoy the events once a wedding has started. He must be on his toes all the time. "An emergency situation can quickly arise where we have to act quickly.
We have had weddings down on our terrace, where they were to be married. 10 minutes before a big rainstorm comes, so we had to act quickly and move everything indoors in a quarter of an hour. We make a point of being flexible.”

When Jan is not to be found in the restaurant, he is responsible for planning some of the many weddings that are held each year. A process where nothing is left to chance: "The first step in the process is for the bride and groom to visit us, where I show them around and tell them about the various options. After they have booked, they come to another meeting where we go through everything from start to finish - menus, flowers, wine, table settings, everything," explains the experienced waiter. As a good old saying goes, the devil is in the detail - in such a situation, Jan is not a bad card to have in hand. With so many years under his belt, he knows where the shoe presses: "There are many things that the bride and groom haven't thought about, where I can of course help," he assures.

We have several rooms to choose from - depending on how many guests you have on the day. At the back of the company brochure you can see a description of the various party rooms, combinations of table setting and capacity.
- Fjord hall
Most weddings are held in the fjord hall. There is a panoramic view of Vejle Fjord, a permanent dance floor and space for 130 guests. - Munkebjerg Hall
Is suitable for the very big party. There is room for 280 guests, a raised/lowered stage and a large dance floor. - The salons
All salons have a panoramic view of the Vejle fjord and the munkebjerg forest, as well as access to an east-facing terrace. With room for a maximum of 80 guests - depending on which salon is chosen. - The Treetop premises
Located on the first floor, in the middle of the treetops. With a beautiful view of the Munkebjerg Forest and Vejle Fjord. There is room for a maximum of 40 guests.

Many choose to use the terrace, if the weather is right, to take in the view. Many of our guests also get their photos taken out here because the surroundings are so spectacular.
They use the terrace, the forest and the wine cellar, where many can get some slightly different pictures than you usually see.
